  • Homeowner's Association Master homeowner's association annual fee for the entire development to maintain community ammenities (i.e. waterfall pavilion, tennis courts, lakes, common land maintenance). Currently $550/Year.

  • Architectural Review Board Fee One time architectural review fee to review home plans, materials, landscaping, drainage, tie-in to appropriate sanitary and storm sewers, etc. to maintain the uniqueness of Glencairn Forest. Currently $300.

  • Cluster Home Maintenance (Chapelton Court & Glencoe) Covers lawn and shrub maintenance, snowplowing, gutter cleaning twice a year, and normal staining. Homeowner should still carry homeowner's insurance to cover acts of God or other unforeseen items. Currently $280/Month for Chapelton and $270/Month for Glencoe.)
